The staff were exceptionally helpful when we ran into a problem with a flight cancellation. The room was pleasant, well-appointed, and well laid out. We were allowed to check in early after a grueling journey to HK. The bar had a relaxed feel and really friendly staff. The metro was nearby, an easy walk.

The location of the hotel was great, with many eating options nearby. We were impressed with the Handy phone that we could use as our own personal hotspot. The breakfast had good variety and came with the room price. we would recommend this hotel for a good value stay in the area.

Staying here was a great experience for me, the location was perfect as it was close to all forms of transportation, making it easy for me to explore on my own. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, from tea and coffee facilities to a mini-bar. The service was top-notch, the staff went out of their way to ensure that I had a comfortable stay, and upon special request, they gave me excellent service on check-out. The hotel has a fitness center which I enjoyed using, and the leisure/TV room was a nice perk.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Hong Kong. The staff were super kind and helpful, making sure I had a smooth arrival. They even gave me a free upgrade and provided great tips on what to do in the area. The hotel's cleanliness was great and the facilities were great. The location was ideal, with the MTR just a few minutes away, making it easy to explore this city.
